Before joining GES, he served as VP of Business development at Arkal Filtration Ltd. for 11 years, leading JV with major international corporations, managing the company business relations with companies as GE, PALL, Veolia, etc., new product market development, acquisitions and merging and worldwide strategic planning for the company.

Human Resource Manager
Rinat has a bacheloršs degree at social sciences from Bar-Ilan University and a Masteršs at public policy from Haifa University. Before joining GES, Rinat served as human resource manager, presidentšs aide and consultation array manager for an Israeli academic institution. Rinat also headed the Hadera and Carmiel branches for Manpower Israel Ltd. Israelšs largest human resource firm.
